The employee of this class must be able to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition ensuring the highest quality and utilizing all OEM specific procedure and paint processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow company SOP’s for all repair and replacement procedures Mixing and measuring refinish materials per paint manufacture guidelines Applying refinish material evenly using standard techniques. Applying maximum of 3 coats for prime and clean Attend continual education classes set up by employer I-CAR Classes Requirements of work: Minimum of 3 years hands on experience Valid driver’s license Your own tools to complete all aspects of repair/replacement/refinish Participation in I_CAR training ID# available Be willing to adapt to an ever-changing industry.
