Loving cat for rehome

After about 10 years my cat needs a new home, unfortunately he has been dealing with a cat box problem for the past 4 years. I have tried every technique and recommendation to get him to do his business in the cat box but cannot solve this mystery. I have a newborn son now and cannot deal with the problem anymore. He is very loving and so friendly around people that he is comfortable with. I'm looking for a loving happy family that will treat him with respect, possibly a way to keep him outdoors so that he cannot poop indoors. He is declawed with all of his shots. It breaks my heart to give him up but I will only feel happy if he finds a new home just as good. Send me a message!
