Looking for gardeners and landscaper helper part-time to possible full-time. I am a independent gardener and landscaper in need of a helper long term in my small growing business. I need help in my gardening maintenance service. (mowing, trimming, racking, weeding, leaf blowing Etc. everything a maintenance gardener does.) And in my landscaping projects (Planting, irrigation, drip irrigation, landscape lighting, sod work and landscape clean ups Etc.) Looking for a person who will stick around for some time. I start at $15.00 hour but will increase wage if you prove to me you know how to do this work and most important have common sense. I not like your average Gardener or Landscaper, I am very knowledgeable of it. It is my business but also my passion and my hobby, I love the science of horticulture, call me and I will give you a phone interview and go from there. ***(Please don't bother with me if your only looking for something temporary)*** If you sound good to me, I will give you a trial run at the job, feed you lunch and pay you for the day. I have some requirements: Must have valid I.D. or Drivers License Must speak and understand English. Have experience in gardening and landscaping Must live locally no more than 10-20 miles from Dana Point, I prefer you live close. Able to work 10-40 hours or more a week and can work 1 to 3 Saturdays a month and any other day if I have extra work. Have transportation,( if the bus is the only transportation from far don't bother calling your not reliable to me sorry...) It would help if you know something about gardening and landscaping overall worked with plants in general.
