Pet rats with cage

Rehoming 2 young male pet rats. Bought in March in Tennessee from petland. They are sweet and love treats and healthy. Come with rat manor cage, hammock, house, food dish, water bottle and anything else we find. Asking $40 rehome fee for everything. Kids aren't taking care of them and I end up doing it. The agreement was they take care of them and they haven't kept up their end. We are in Belmont near south point high school.
