C&C Cola/East Coast Food is seeking a dependable and experienced full time selector. This individual would be responsible for selecting retail orders by the case, performing general warehouse maintenance tasks and aiding management in daily warehouse tasks. This individual is also expected to act as a helper on our retail trucks while assisting drivers with loading and unloading retail orders to customers. Selector/Helper Qualifications • Must have a high school education • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. • Ability to take direction and work at a fast pace speed • Previous warehouse experience • Ability to communicate with co-workers respectfully o Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus • Positive attitude Selector/Helper Recommended Skills • Capable of properly and safely operating a lift gate • Proficient with a pallet jack and hand truck • Proficient with a forklift • Willingness to train on new equipment • Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols Selector/Helper Pay & Benefits • Weekly Pay Schedule • $15.00 an hour for selectors/helpers and $17.00 for forklift drivers after demonstrating proficiency • Average 40 hour work week with opportunity of overtime • Health Insurance after 90 days of employment • 401(K) savings plan eligible after 1 full year of employment, with company contributions • New electric jacks and warehouse • Training on equipment and warehouse safety • Forklift certifications once a year RESUME PREFERRED
