Moving help needed

Hello! My family and I are in need of help moving heavy items into a 20' UHaul truck on Saturday 6/19, estimating about 1 hour of work. This is only a loading/moving-out process, and we will need the help in the morning. Must be able to lift large and heavy items, and must be dependable.
