Moving help needed

Hello! My family and I are in need of help moving heavy items out of a 20' UHaul truck on Saturday 6/19, estimating about 1 hour of work. This is only an unload / moving-in process, and we estimate to need the help sometime in the early afternoon. Must be able to lift large and heavy items, and must be dependable.
