I had a cement contractor lay a cement driveway pad and dig back a bank. He was supposed to add a groove/drain when he poured the pad to divert rainwater away from the house, but he forgot and never came back to fix it. He also was supposed to reinforce the small dirt bank with railroad ties (or something similar) but left the bank vulnerable to washing away. I need a groove carved/dug (?) into the cement parking pad to keep water from pooling around the house foundation (I'd like the groove to gravity drain into the yard). If possible, I'd like the bank reinforced at the same time. See photo for an idea of the site needing work and the current water pooling and bank erosion.
