Hi! We have a 1.5yr old Walker Coonhound/Blue Heeler mix, Braven, that is in need of a loving, temporary home. Our family is selling our house on Friday, June 18th, and moving into a temporary home ourselves while we continue to search for a permanent residence. Our temporary housing is not a good fit for an energetic dog like Braven so we’re hoping to find a loving family to keep him temporarily. An ideal scenario would be a home with room to roam, older children, and even another dog to play with (we also have a miniature golden doodle that he plays with). He does fine with our three older children (4-7yrs old), but for some reason does not like our two year old. We do muzzle him sometimes when he becomes temperamental or if he is barking too much. He’s a really fun and loving dog and we know that when we find our desired property he’d be a great dog which is why we’re simply looking for a temporary home, for the time being. We will cover all food and necessary vet visits and would greatly appreciate your help in this transition. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!
