I have a small solo practice space with a drumset in Gowanus. Rent would be $350/month, it's open 24/7, and you can have the space to yourself all but 100 hours/month max, where I might block out some sessions. (I work full-time M-F, so weekdays are all yours.) Space is non-smoking (cigarettes or pot) and I'm looking for a considerate, reliable person -- someone who is careful with the gear, cleans up after themselves, pays on time, etc. (Would prefer someone with their own cymbals, but I'm flexible on this detail.)
