With its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong shares many of the health benefits attributed to Tai Chi. Qigong aims at cultivating and balancing the flow of energy in the body using movement, breath work and mental focus.
Join us to learn foundation movements of a health practice based on breathwork, postures, and mindful focus. We will focus on seasonal movements designed to strengthen the body and joints, increase mobility and flexibility, release stress and quiet the mind.
We will follow all the recommended state and federal regulations for face covering, social distancing, etc., during this outdoor lesson.

Our goal at Human Harmonies is to help individuals of all ages and abilities reach greater levels of health and well-being using specific styles of internal martial arts, including Tai Chi, Qigong, and Bagua.
