Cat looking for a good home. Neighbors abandoned her

Snowtip was abandoned by our neighbors a while ago and we have been letting her in and out of our garage so she has a safe place to eat and sleep. She can't come into the house because I'm allergic to cats. We hoped her family would come back for her once they found a place they felt was safe since she likes to go outside but they never came back for her and I don't want to just leave her outside. She is fixed and she does enjoy going outside but I'm sure she would be happy with a comfy home and a nice backyard if it meant she could actually be pet and loved on. She has never had a problem with our dog and they are often trying to play while I'm out walking the dog. The neighbors that left her had children and she would jump into their arms when they got off the bus after school so she is definitely kid friendly. She would come with any food, treats, and litter we have on hand. I have no idea how old she is but I know she was current on shots when the neighbors left her. Please help this sweet girl find her forever home and save me from my allergy issues. Small rehoming fee to be sure this little lady stays safe.
