Combining ecstatic dance free-flow, with intentional facilitation to guide you into a deeper dance. Connecting mindbody, emotions, and movement to breakthrough limiting beliefs, heal from the inside out, and unleash your highest self-expression. This class will include guided breathwork, meditation, solo and partner exercises to help expand trust, confidence, intimacy, and boundaries. Whether you seek to become more comfortable in your body, your dance, or you desire to take your current dance practice to new heights - this class is for everyone! WARNING: May cause rapid transformational breakthroughs. *There will be larger waves of freestyle, and of course you do not need to participate in any facilitation you don't feel comfortable with.
