***Supervisor - Immediate Opening*** Small Group Home has an immediate opening for someone that is a take-charge and can do person! Responsibilities include: Caring and overseeing the day-to-day activities and wellbeing of our 20 residents. (Non-medical) Scheduling & Managing Appointments Coordinating Activities Light House keeping Meal Prep Medication Management In addition, you will Manage Staff & Responsibilities, i.e. daily work tasks and schedule. Can you Take Charge? Have good communication skills? Can you Multitask? Capable of Self-managing Time & Responsibilities? Capable of Working Independently without direction? Communicate professionally with others? Manage, Listen & Solve Problems of others? Caring & Empathetic for people that need assistance?
