Tony has written for artists such as Garth Brooks, Patty Loveless, Bonnie Rait, Trisha Yearwood, and many others. NOCA is a non-profit (501(c)3) organizer and presenter of the creative arts located in Newark, Ohio. From being a host for national touring musicians to being a home for young artists who wish to improve their crafts, we work to provide the education, experience, and resources necessary to foster innovative artistic endeavors that enrich our lives and to be accessible and affordable to all community members.
