Hi everyone my name is Denis I am a former Physical Education teacher and Mixed Martial Arts instructor in Moscow and have over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. I would like to help my community to stay fit and healthy during these challenging times. Staying healthy and fit makes our immune system stronger and will help fight off viruses like Covid-19 and prevents illnesses like cancer, heart attacks, strokes, high and low Blood Pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, bone loss, depression etc. I specialize in Weight loss, Muscle building lessons and Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts Self Defense. We can train at the parks near my house on Kings Highway and East 17th when the weather is nice; on the rainy days or cold days we can train at my local gym. I do want to provide an advice to everyone to cherish your body because you only get one of them and you have to preserve it. Do not ever lift heavy weights even if a licensed trainer or any person tells you do not do it especially on your spine. When we do squats, lunges, deadlifts, shoulder press any exercise that is pushing on your spine or compressing you have to take in consideration that your spine is already supporting your body weight plus what you are lifting. At any time your disc or vertebrae or any part in your back or spine can get damaged and once its damaged or injured it will never be the same and you will not be able to do daily functions, workout or anything for a while or forever! The rule of thumb is if you cannot lift a weight at least 12 times per set than its too heavy for the muscle group that you are working out, than you have to lower the weight and attempt to do 12 reps of 3 sets per every exercise. I injured my back when I was young working as a mover moving heavy things and working FedEx for few years and it destroyed my back and spine forever, so learn from my mistakes and don’t do it. Working out and exercising should be fun not difficult or intense unless you are professional athlete who gets paid millions of dollars to compete and lift and workout intense. Our health and fitness is not a competition it’s not a game it’s a fragile life like machine created by nature that is able to heal its self to a certain point and live to a certain age, so you have to preserve your body and take are of it and it will take care of you. Once you mess up your body these Doctors cant’ really help you most of the time because most of them are all bout $$ and many of them cannot even help them selves to cure, to heal them selves so you have to be your own Doctor most of the time. Also don’t forget that exercise prevents illnesses like cancer, diabetes, High and Low BP, Heart attacks, Strokes, depression, impotence and etc. Our big muscle groups are like big pumps that pump blood into our vital organs and if you don’t work out at least twice per week your organs do not get proper blood supply and begin to die with time! My price is only $70 per two sessions only near my area! I do not do mobile appointments unless you want to pay me double for it for traveling to you. I require at least one hour cancellation notice, if you cancel while I am in route you will be charged for that session.
