Join us for yoga with Alicia Hansen on the patio at Flight Cleveland on select Sundays all summer long! YOGA ON THE PATIO AT FLIGHT CLEVELAND: On Sunday, June 27th, join us for yoga with Cleveland-based yoga teacher, Alicia Hansen! Tickets are $20 (plus Eventbrite fees) and include a 60-minutes all-levels yoga class plus a complimentary Bellini after class! PayPal and Venmo payment options are available. Please note the following: If you have shown symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours of the session, we kindly ask you to not attend and an organizer would be happy to address rescheduling to a future session.Class will take place outside on the Flight Cleveland patio weather permiting.. Otherwise, class will be reschedled for the backup date and time, July 18th at 1PM.Guests will be instructed where to set up their mats so all guests maintain the proper social distancing.We require all guests bring their own mats, necessary props (including yoga blocks) and water bottles.There will be no hands on corrections at this time.You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins at 1PM.Please contact Alicia at [email protected] with any questions! As she has taught in the studio setting since 2012, her most memorable past yoga events include her Yoga at Lakewood Truck Park sessions, Yoga & Beer series with Platform Beer Co., Yoga Brunch series with Dante Next Door, Broadway Yoga classes with Playhouse Square, Yoga on the Superior Viaduct and Yoga Rocks the Park in Tremont's Lincoln Park. Alicia's interest in a wide range of movement modalities and yogic studies -- including as a member of the GrooveRyde teaching staff and as a student of the ParaYoga Master Training Program -- allows her to provide a well-rounded, complete practice appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Learn more at aliciamhansen.com. Alicia Hansen began dabbling in yoga in college as a part of a newly found healthy lifestyle and weight loss journey. As a theater major at Baldwin-Wallace College, she gravitated toward vinyasa yoga and how it allowed her to find another way to express her creativity. Alicia earned her 200-hour certification in 2012 and previously taught at Nishkama Yoga and Evolution Yoga School & Practice Space. In the spring of 2014, Alicia enrolled in the ParaYoga Master Training Program. She has spent more than one hundred hours in advance training sessions with ParaYoga’s founder, Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Her influences also include Jason Crandell, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Jill Miller and Elena Brower. As a guest instructor, Alicia taught popular Yoga Rocks the Park outdoor yoga classes in the summers of 2013 and 2014. Since the Fall of 2014, she also serves as a guest lecturer on the topic of yoga at Case Western Reserve University as a part of a Management of Chronic Illness in a Cultural Context course. Her classes provide a well-rounded, complete practice appropriate for all levels of practitioners while sharing concepts that can be applied during a yoga class or in the world outside.
