This yoga class is all about opposites and bringing them into a more unified balance. We will experience a warming practice to start ,activating the Yang tissues of the muscles and skin with a strengthening practice then segueing into a cooling Yin practice. Bringing the strength of action and doing into balance with the strength and power of surrender and release, this class will leave you feeling capable, nourished, and aligned with your whole Self. ** PLEASE NOTE- This class runs from 1:15-2:15. Eventbrite only lets us choose by the half hour in the listing!**
