Join Andrea Savino at Remnant Brewery for a Power Yoga class! After much anticipation, we are back in-person at Remnant Brewery! We have evolved in many ways over the past year but one thing remains the same- the yoga community that has been fostered here since 2018 brings a wonderful energy and light to the space that cannot be dimmed. Health and safety are of top priority so please review the details below if you'd like to join: Class will take place outside in the brewery's private Beer Garden. Should the weather become too inclement (yes, we've practiced in the rain many times!), class will be held in the Tap Room where space is much more limited. The garage style doors leading to the Garden will be open for additional ventilation purposes. Masks are optional both outdoors & indoors.If you aren't feeling well or were in contact with someone who was recently ill, do not show up to class, I will gladly refund you. More about the class and space: There's much more on tap than yoga and craft beer- the brewery is nestled within Bow Market which houses 30+ independent food, art, and retail shops around a public courtyard in the heart of Union Square. After class, check out the local offerings and grab some fresh goodies- everything from specialty coffee to handmade jewelry! Start your Saturday off nicely with wellness for your body, mind, and community! ALL are welcome to attend this hour-long Power Yoga flow, including plenty of modifications for beginners, thoughtful sequencing, and an energetic playlist. When practicing *outdoors* your dogs are welcome to join!
