Weekly Yoga Class held in Brockton MA by WOC Yoga Instructor followed by a mixer among participants to just chat and fellowship! Join us for a weekly All levels Hatha style Yoga Class led by Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor Sharlene, a culturally diverse woman of color, whom intuitively leads her classes through sequences that somehow always tap into what you need exactly WHEN you need it! After class, stay awhile to attend the "Soulful Circle" where participants can just chat/decompress/and support one another on & off the mat for the upcoming week ahead! Fellowship is definitely needed during times like these. Located in the heart of downtown Brockton, steps from City Hall and directly across the street from the Courthouse. This space is a beautiful time warp back into Brockton's old shoemaking days!
