Learn about the fermentation process and walk away with your very own jar of lacto-fermenting pickles in this 1-hour introductory fermentation course. We will address common questions and concerns about the safety and nutritional value of fermented foods and taste the difference between vinegar "quick-pickles" and traditional lacto-fermented pickles. All necessary materials will be provided.
