Yoga in the park to help heal & chill
Join MOVEment Yoga & @Yogawithkeis on Sunday's, at 10:30 AM in June for
1 hour of beginner meditation, breathing & yoga practice
Studies have shown that trauma lives in the body & that same trauma can be processed through movement.
Yoga has been proven to help destress, calm the mind & move trauma through the body.
Although this class is for anyone & everyone interested in trying yoga for the first time, this class is especially offered to black and brown bodies that don't normally have a safe space to practice with their community, to help bring peace, relaxation & the opportunty for people of color to experience the self healing practice of yoga.
Bring your yoga mat & a friend. Extra yoga mats, water & snack provided.
