This registration is for anyone who plans to worship with us on the selected date For accountability purposes, every person in your party/household must have their own registration/ticket. This includes children. As a confirmed guest or staff, your name will appear on the list of registrants. You will check-in with our staff in our Welcome Center, for safety screening. This event is open to the public, so we welcome your invited guests! They will have an opportunity to register for any remaining available seats at the Welcome Center. By registering , you are agreeing with full knowledge of the risks involved, you hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19. Being mindful of state-mandated restrictions, we have implemented some protocols, with safety being at the very top of the list. Please see below. If you are sick, stay home. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms, stay home. Temperatures will be checked MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE STILL REQUIRED. (Must be worn properly for the duration of the service).Social distancing will be strictly enforced. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OR REARRANGE SEATS. If assistance is needed, please see a member of our staff.
