Need Licenced certified roofing contractor The roof needs to be replaced. Provided proof of credentials upon applying for this job is a requirement. The shingles are dry and brittle and have a granular loss on the surfaces, they are nearing the end of their expected life span. There are cracks at the tops of the dormer peaks, there are areas of wear on the ridges of the upper and lower roofs, there is a hole in the Westside lower roof at the joining wall at the peak and the upper peak has a hole in it at the East end. The rear/South shingles have heavier wear than the front with small areas of fiberglass showing through in areas, there are some small scars that look to be from hail strikes as well. The softer metal on the water heater flue pipe also has dents from hail strikes. We need the roof to be fully evaluated and replaced by a qualified roofing contractor only. reply by email only.
