Iso a medium to big dog for service animal

Hey I lost my service dog about 6 months ago. She was my support dog and I really want another. She helped through a lot of hard times. I sadly don't have money for a rehoming fee all I can offer is a good home. I do live in an apartment but very active usually run twice a day plus take the kids for a walk and the park almost daily. So if anyone has a dog to rehome let me know please 🙏 open to most breeds.
