19mo male Shepherd/pittie mix ISO a good home

Floki is a 19mo(give or take) male German Shepherd/Pittie mix, looking for a better home and living situation than mine. He is the sweetest pup, absolutely loving and just wants to be a lap dog(albeit a higher energy one). He has never shown aggression towards humans, dogs, cats, or other small animals, though he will play chase if something bolts from him. He has no formal training, but responds well to his name, sits, lays down, shakes, rolls over, comes, fetches(working on that)and stays(kinda). He is definitely an intelligent dog, although headstrong. Very scent driven I am rehoming him due to life and living circumstances. I am a chronic graveyard shifter and the only one in the home to care for him. A consistently inconsistent home, if you will, with no yard to speak of, the poor guy is kenneled all night and almost all day. For someone more experienced with dog training, and able to give him the time and love he deserves, he will be an even more awesome dog than he already is. I rehomed him last August at a reported 9 months of age from a family who intended to train him as a service dog, but had some radical life curveballs thrown their way and couldnt keep him.
