Adorable loving, outdoor/indoor cat needs a new home

Franklin is the sweetest cat, it's been said he was love starved before he met us because he literally will melt in your arms and accept as much love as you are willing to give him, head pets, tummy pets, all pets are good pets, sit on your lap and just cuddle? Yes, Frankie will do that. Could be really great for a family with baby/toddler or small child. His story, well he just showed up one day... he was sort of timid and looking for help. At first it took him 10minutes before we could get close enough to pet him but now he is so comfortable and confident he walks up to all 5 people in the house for affection. He's about a 1 year old stray that we just kept feeding him for the last 9 months. Unfortunately, no one here has the capacity to adopt a cat at the moment but we love him dearly and are looking to find him a new forever home. We got him neutered/shots for free at the local clinic. Some things to know about him aside from how cuddly and cute he is: ~ He is a stray that is mostly domesticated... ~ He prefers to spend a lot of time outdoors though he will come in and cuddle for a few hours... he'd prefer to sleep outdoors too or if you have a cat door, perfect! ~ He does his business outside, we don't believe he knows what a liter box is, but he's never peed/pooped to mark indoors ~ He does kill things. rodents, birds, etc. This could be helpful for the right people.
