Proclaiming the Whole Counsel of God As Paul declared to the Ephesian elders in Acts 20:27, the overseer must not shrink back from proclaiming the whole counsel of God. Pastors must care for the Church of God through the bold proclamation and application of all of God’s word. This year at The Expositors Summit we will examine this example from Paul and how the whole counsel of God may be proclaimed to the glory of God and the benefit of the church.
