Gentle flow yoga to allow you to find calmness and connect with you.
Join me, Shantell RYT, as we use the breath and movement to connect with ourselves. This is a 45-minute gentle flow yoga class is great for all levels. Does not matter if you have no experience with yoga. Modifications will be offered.
We will make the connection with our breath and move through gentle poses.
My intention is to bring calmness to each participants, despite the chaos that we experience around us.
*CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 15 FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING PURPOSES*
Few notes:
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Limit heavy food intake at least an hour before class
- Mask are required unless you are on your mat
- If you have a mat, feel free to bring it , if not don't worry
- Bring water
- NO on-site registration available ; register in advance
