The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership presents eight weeks of outdoor fitness classes in collaboration with local studios and gyms. HIIT 50 | bodē nycOur HIIT 50 class is a tabata-style cardio class that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio to create a killer power-packed workout experience. The bode HIIT class strengthens your core, burns fat, and increases flexibility. This class is donation-based. 100% of the donation amount will be directed to the studio. Bring Your Own Mat: This class requires a yoga or workout mat. Due to pandemic protocols we ask that you bring your own mat to safely and comfortably enjoy the class.Sign the release and waiver. All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. If you do not, you will be required to submit one on site before you can participate. Mask Policy: In accordance with NYS guidelines, we ask that you wear a mask if you are unvaccinated and unable to maintain 6 feet of distance from other attendees. For vaccinated attendees, masks are welcome, but not required. Donation Refund Policy: Due to limited class size, please submit cancellation and refund requests at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to try to fill the spot. You may cancel by emailing [email protected]. Subject line "Refund Request”. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the class will not be refunded and will be donated to the studio. ABOUT BODĒ NYCbodē nyc is an independently-owned women-led business that’s been serving the NYC yoga community since 1999. Class offerings include Original Hot Yoga, HIIT, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. ABOUT THE FLATIRON/23RD STREET PARTNERSHIPThe Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership Business Improvement District, formed in 2006, is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the reputation of Flatiron and NoMad as two of New York's most vital and exciting neighborhoods. This is accomplished by maintaining a clean and safe environment for the district's businesses, residents, and visitors; by spearheading area improvement projects; and by marketing the diverse business and retail options in this vibrant and historic area.
