He has been in the food business for 20+ years. Raymond is a master tamale maker and shares his skills by selling tamales to raving fans! Now you get to learn the skills and art of the tamale from an authority in the biz! Starting Sunday July 11, 2021 Raymond will begin teaching a four hour tamale making series of classes where you will learn how to make tamales from start to finish. He will be featuring a different flavor with each class, some to include sweet variations of the traditional Mexican food. In this inaugural class he will be sharing his extensive knowledge of Mexican seasonings and a few secrets to make the perfect traditional pork filled tamale! Each participant is guaranteed to leave with at least 2 dozen tamales to share with their families and friends! A tamale feast for at least 4 people and an experience and knowledge that is fun & delicioso! BYOB: We will provide tea and water but you are welcome to bring your favorite beverage! Let's Fiesta!!!
