On Aug. 20-22, the Gage County Classic Film Institute will be celebrate the 110th Birthday of Hollywood leading man Robert Taylor. Robert Taylor, born Spangler Arlington Brugh, was born August 5, 1911 in Filley, Nebraska. He graduated from Beatrice High School and went on to become one of the leading men of Hollywood from 1934-1969.
The Saturday, Aug. 21 main event at Community Players will be offered in-person and via Zoom. Tickets purchased here are for ZOOM only. See separate Eventbrite option for In-Person tickets. All other events are at the Beatrice Public Library, in-person only and free.

We are a Non-Profit group that honors people in the Entertainment field from Gage County Nebraska. Gage County has many people that were both in the entertainment field in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
