Tortoise Table Enclosure For Sale! I have successfully transferred by leopard tortoises outside and no longer need my tortoise table. Tortoise table is made of a PVC material. It is attached to a heavy duty 6’table from Costco. The table measures approximately 68” W x 27” D x 11.5” high (enclosure area only). It is 41” from the floor to the top of the enclosure. The bottom of the table is 27” above the floor. The humid hide area measures 11” W x 27” D. It has two solid doors on hinges that opens from the top to keep humidity higher in this part of the enclosure. The enclosure has hinges throughout to hold plastic etc. for easy clean up and to keep the tortoise table itself cleaner. It has 2 clear plexiglass hinged doors from the top so you can see in, but also so you can hold in humidity a little better. There is an 18” UVB lamp throughout the middle of the enclosure that has a 15 Watt T8 Desert 50 bulb. I do not know how old this particular bulb is and you would probaby want to replace it. The overhead Mercury lamp is 100 W and likewise, I’m not sure how much life is left in it. I would say the table would successfully house tortoises up to 4” to 6” or so. This tortoise table worked great for me. It’s pretty easy to move if needed and a great starter home to keep tortoises safe until they are big enough to go outside.
