Join Jenny Stafford of Resonate Healing Arts, for her signature journey of healing sound. This deeply relaxing and balancing experience unfolds as you surrender to invisible waves of gentle sound from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, gong, and other healing instruments. Choreographed to encourage stress, tension, and anxiety reduction, the Resonate Sound Bath is recommended as complimentary support for those who experience stress, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, menstrual discomfort, depressed immunity, anxiety, or general overwhelm. Ages 15 and over event. ***Please bring a head and an under-the-knee pillow or bolster, an eye pillow/eye mask (a folded scarf or washcloth works great too!), and a blanket to ensure maximum comfort while reclined during your sound bath experience. Yoga mats will be provided, or you may bring your own. Wheelchairs also welcome!
