The large cabinet kitchen and tile bath are older but nice. Small common living room. Grass lawn in back for sunning and shade canopy. Washer/Dryer in apartment. Dishwasher. Street parking. Your roommates would be two women with day jobs and busy schedules, who are friendly and respectful. We split basic apartment essentials and expect everyone to chip in with buying other supplies. We also maintain a basic weekly cleaning schedule. Bus stops are 5 minutes away.
