New Port Richey Fl Time: 9 AM to 11 AM Please feel free to bring cloth bags as some of the items Accumulated can get quite heavy. Plastic bags are provided. Unfortunately, we do not deliver however assistance is available to carry items to your car if needed. It is an honor and privilege to help our neighbors and surrounding communities. Hands of Hope distributes food every first and third Saturday of the month. No one is turned away. No documentation required. .
