Due to limited seating, you must reserve a seat for each person in your family/party so we can have an accurate head count. Using the WaitlistIf no seats are available for a Mass, we encourage you to put your name on the waitlist and you will be notified via email if space becomes available. Safety at St. AgnesFor the safety of all parishioners and visitors, St. Agnes limits the number of indoor participants and requires reservations be made in advance. All guidelines are set forth by the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston and the State of West Virginia, and as such, no one may be admitted to the building without a face mask. Social distancing must be maintained. Steps for Mass reservations Select a dateSpecify the number of people who will be attending (including both family or friends)Click REGISTERType your contact information (name, email)Remove the two check marks if you don't want marketing info from EventbriteClick REGISTER When the reservation is complete you will see a message on the page that says, "Thanks for your order!"You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have to make a change to the number of people attending, please call the office and they will do that for you or you can cancel your order using the email and then re-register. Canceling a reservationTo cancel a reservation, you must have a user account with Eventbrite. If you have not registered with Eventbrite and need to cancel a reservation or you want to cancel a portion of your reservation, send an email to [email protected]. Get you confirmation email for the reservation you want to cancel and click on the order number link or click on View and manage your order in that email.On the Eventbrite page, click on date for the Mass you want to cancelClick on the button 'Cancel order'Click the button 'Yes cancel order'Tutorial on Attending MassWatch our tutorial, Attending Mass During the Pandemic for information on: The Decision to Attend Mass, Registering for Mass, Coming to Church, Leaving the Church after Mass, and Reminders, Resources, and FAQs. The tutorial contains a "How To" video on the reservation process. Guidelines During the PandemicPlease follow the guidelines below when you come into the Church. Face masks are required at all times.You must maintain a distance of six feet from one another. Individuals who live together are welcome to sit together.Anyone who cannot wear a mask because of respiratory issues etc., or children above 10 years of age who cannot wear a mask should not attend masses.If you have any questions, contact the parish office.
