Hey! I'm at a loss. I have an elderly friend who is in desperate need of a place to call home. Does anyone have any idea where I can find an immediate opening for an inexpensive studio apartment / or / work-barter-for-rent deal? She's incredibly intelligent, and has house sat/helped families in exchange for rent. I'd say $800/month utilities included would be maximum.
