This class begins at 9am and it is designed to help you not only get centered for the week ahead but also helps to release the week behind you.
Natasha did her 200-hour yoga teacher training in India and has a more traditional approach to her classes and she is sure to design the class so it is accessible to even the beginner yogi! Natasha hopes to have you come along on this journey to align the mind, body and soul! See you on mat!
