HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE POSITION – PART TIME (Hallandale) We are looking for a Handyman / Maintenance person for apartment buildings in Hallandale. Work involves maintaining the buildings, repairing items as needed, scheduling and doing repairs, and occasional ‘on-call’ emergency situations. The work is part-time, although we have plenty to keep you busy. Job duties / responsibilities: Maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of apartments Respond to tenant repair requests Repair various broken items as needed Renovate apartments Upkeep of properties Obtain supplies and maintain records of expenses and repairs You should be experienced and competent in all aspects of building/repair, including Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Doors, Windows, Carpentry, Masonry, Kitchen and Bathroom repairs, Tile, Painting, General Maintenance, and more. Job requirements: Drug and alcohol free Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and cell phone Able to work independently Available for emergency repairs Have your own tools Good attitude and friendly personality Salary will depend upon your qualifications, time availability, experience, and work product.
