I am having serious landlord issues, and I needed to be out. I am a young guy (38) but I have a heart condition and working for a long time in the heat is difficult. I'm not just being a Wilton princess.)
It's a small apartment - almost a studio except for a single door and single step between the bedroom and the rest. We're traveling less than 5 miles to a first story storage unit. I really just needs the guys and the truck. Name your price, include any additional needs, be reasonable.
