Description
CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Sheep Davis Road near the Pembroke town line for a crash on Sunday.
Around 5:15 p.m., fire dispatch and police received reports about a car crashing into a utility pole. The pole snapped but power to the area was not knocked out. The fire commander requested Unitil be called to the scene, according to dispatch.
The car, a Toyota, sustained front-end damage while the driver and a passenger refused transportation by ambulance to the hospital. Tower 1, one of the engines, was returned to service by command, while traffic was re-routed around the crash scene.
At just after 5:30 p.m., firefighters cleared the crash scene.
