Looking for a retired seasoned lead guitar player

We are a working band looking for a very experienced retired lead guitar player. We are in our 50's and 60's and all retired. We have about 120 years, total, of music experience, and normally practice twice a week. We have about 4 hours of music ready to go, with gigs already lined up in the next few months, and big goals for next year. We play Classic Rock n' Pop, (I call it), a little Country, Blues and Alternative tunes. We all are great friends with a lot of respect for each other.
