One of the fastest-growing commercial cleaning and building services companies in the Twin Cities is seeking a reliable, resourceful, and entrepreneurial Area Operations Manager. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, position requiring a varied schedule including evenings, nights and weekends. In this role, you will receive clear expectations and abundant resources, and will ultimately be responsible for the overall success of your business unit. You should require minimal direction and supervision on a day-to-day basis but also feel comfortable asking for help when you’re in a pinch. This is not the ideal position for an individual that enjoys the mundane, routine or thirty-five hours in the office each week. This is a role that is highly client/employee-facing, and primarily remote/field-based. Please submit a resume and cover letter/e-mail to be considered. Area Operations Manager - Job Description -Responsible for the profitability of your business unit, the quality of all services rendered, and the satisfaction of clients, team members, and stakeholders -Ensures that all contracted work is on schedule -Conducts training of all team members to ensure proper adherence to procedures and operation/usage of equipment and supplies -Responsible for new team member training and on-boarding process -Ensures that team members are supported, fully supplied and have the proper tools to perform their jobs satisfactorily -Represents the company in a positive and professional manner within the community -Visits each client account on a regular basis to ensure conformance to specs and standards -Respond to each client message and/or request immediately upon receipt -Establishes and maintains positive and genuine client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention -Addresses client complaints and feedback immediately and conducts follow-up with crew to ensure that deficiencies are not repeated -Communicates all client and staff retention concerns to management -Conducts inspections using the company's mobile apps to ensure conformance to specifications and standards -Communicates and secures any and all opportunities to acquire new business -Responds to each client message and/or request in accordance to company’s response and service recovery process. -Establishes and maintains positive and genuine client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention -Addresses client complaints and feedback immediately and conducts follow-up with internal team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures -Responsible for new account start ups, including the compilation/purchasing of supplies and equipment, completion of all initial deep clean tasks, and completion of initial site inspection immediately after first clean -Other duties as assigned Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred. Salary: $40-$45 per year
