I have a few house projects I need some help with over the next week. 1.) exterior framing that needs to be sanded and stained 2.) two fences need to be sanded and stained 3.) an 18’x10’ room that needs to be primed for painting Materials have already been purhased and an orbital sander can be provided should you need. $20/hr
