This is Charlie he is 2 years old he is friendly to a certain extent. He loves being on your shoulder or hanging out with you but when he doesn’t feel like getting held or messed with, he won’t bite but he will just tell you to back off. He loves whistling so if you don’t mind the noise then perfect. I’ve had him for a year and I really love him I just feel he needs a home where he will get more attention. I have a new dog and barley home.rehoming fee is $150 and he will come with the cage
