I had a blk and tan chihuahua removed from me by a lady calling herself Debra Nelson. She claimed to live in a senior home in Florence Ala. Drove a white caddy DeVille. She wanted to buy my puppy. I met with her and she wanted to hold her. She had 200 for her but I told her she was 300. I went in store to get change came back she was gone. Please help me locate my puppy. Reward
