For Boats - max. length of the trailer is 30 ft. and max. width of the trailer is 8 ft. For Contractor's Heavy Equipment - any equipment (such as excavator, grader, FEL, LHD Scoop, etc.) that would fit within given space, with min. 2 ft. maneuver room on all four sides (13 ft. 6 in. width by 31 ft. 6 in. length). NO Automobiles or motorcycles!! RV and construction vehicles parking, only. Any leftover spaces around the vehicles to be left open.
