Found Coffee Brown Chihuahua

We found a cute dark coffee brown male chihuahua, short legs, light brown face. It kept crossing back and forth on a busy street of Fairmont. We will keep it for 3 days until we take him to the SD Humane Society. I’m sure he’s someone’s dog. He looks in good shape and well taken care of. Please let me know if this dog belongs to you.
