We have a condo remodel project in an older building with approximately 1200 and will require ceiling soundproofing. The ceiling for this project has asbestos popcorn that would have to be removed or encapsulated. The unit will be empty during the remodel and there will only 5 steps of stairs and a few run way to enter the unit. This should be few days of work for the right person. All materials will be paid for by the project owners so there is no risk to you. Require/Preferred Qualification • Ability to remove asbestos popcorn ceiling • 10 years of drywall experience • Experience soundproofing ceiling • Experience working with resilient channels or sound clips • Experience using green glue, quiet seal, quiet rock, and soundboards. • Two or more person team preferred • Communiting distance to Bellevue/Seattle area • Willing to work on an hourly basis • Active license on LNI, insured, and bonded If you are interested, please send us a brief description of your work experience and tell us your strengths.
